I watched Aladdin the other night. In my mind, this is where disney flicks went down hill, yet, I have liked a few others (Lion King, Wall-E, Nemo, Bugs Life) but they were different. To me, Disney is all about classic animation, and racial profiling- I jest, not really. Aladdin was the first animated feature to employ computer animation which allows for some great things, but also pulls disney from its roots. I feel that I will be delving in to the Disney and Pixar flicks again ( I love Pixar), and I might even revisit non-animated Disney Classics. I will see if my opinion has changed over the years.
